01 / Who we are

Organisation responsible

AI Mansoor IT Consulting Services operates the AMICS and Amplifi websites and services. For this policy, “AMICS”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that organisation. This policy is intended to explain our practices under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

02 / Collection

Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • your name, business email, telephone number, job title and company;
  • company website, service interests, budgets, project details and messages you submit;
  • information required to run a requested visibility check, audit or consultation;
  • communications and records of our relationship with you; and
  • technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps and basic site-usage events where our hosting or analytics tools collect them.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or regulated information through a general enquiry form unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.

03 / Sources

How we receive it

We receive personal data when you submit a form, email us, request a visibility check, schedule or attend a consultation, enter into an engagement, or otherwise communicate with us. We may also receive business contact information from colleagues, referral partners, publicly available professional sources and service providers, where permitted by law.

04 / Purpose

How we use personal data

We collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and deliver requested checks, audits, proposals or services;
  • communicate about an existing or potential business relationship;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our websites and services;
  • maintain business, financial, security and compliance records;
  • protect our rights, users and systems, and investigate misuse; and
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it with reasonable notice by contacting us. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a requested service.

05 / Disclosure

Who may receive personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to personnel and contractors who need it for the purposes above; hosting, email, form, analytics, CRM, security, professional-advisory and other service providers acting for us; counterparties involved in a business reorganisation; or public authorities where required or permitted by law.

Service providers are expected to process personal data only for authorised purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

06 / Transfers

Data outside Singapore

Some technology providers may process or store data outside Singapore. Where the PDPA applies to a transfer, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the protection required under the PDPA, unless an applicable exception applies.

07 / Retention

How long we keep data

We retain personal data only while it remains reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for an ongoing business relationship, or for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. When retention is no longer necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining the data.

08 / Protection

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 / Your choices

Access, correction and consent

You may contact us to request access to personal data in our possession or control, information about how it has been used or disclosed, or correction of an error or omission. You may also withdraw consent for future collection, use or disclosure where consent is the applicable basis.

We may need to verify your identity, and the PDPA permits or requires exceptions in some circumstances. Send requests to lucas@amicsgroup.com.

10 / Site data

Cookies and similar technologies

Our sites and infrastructure may use essential storage, logs and similar technologies needed for security and operation. If analytics or other optional technologies are enabled, they may measure aggregate usage and performance. You can control many browser-based technologies through your browser settings, although blocking essential functions may affect the site.

11 / Other sites

Third-party links

Our sites may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this policy does not cover data they collect independently.

12 / Updates

Changes and privacy contact

We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
